Riccardo Pasolini was born in Milan on 13 December 1970 and graduated from Cattolica University of Milan in 1995 with full marks.
He was enrolled at the Bar Association in 1998 and since 2011 he has been authorised to practice in the Upper Courts.
He started working in the Magliani & Associati Law firm in Milan, specialising in company and commercial law and in 2004, along with Alberto Carlo Magrì, he founded MPM & Partners.
He is a partner of the Firm since 2012.
He has worked continuously as a Lawyer mainly in the sectors of company and commercial law.
He has developed a consolidated experience in commercial legal practice with regard to both out-of-court advice (acquisition of companies, due diligence, contracts, ongoing assistance to medium-large sized companies, advice relating to the restructuring and/or liquidation of companies in financial difficulty); and to in-court assistance on civil, commercial, company, bankruptcy and insurance law.
He also has a wide knowledge of the law on securities intermediation and has acquired experience on legal matters connected to data protection and internet.
In his professional career he has participated actively to important meeting including for the Reform of Company Law by the Commission for relations between Attorneys and Judges (2005), the training and refresher Course on the New Law for Corporations (IPSOA – 2008), and study groups on Legislative Decree. 231/2001 (2010).
In 2016 he completed a Master “Expert in the design od Model 231” (IPSOA) and, always in 2016, he completed a Master in Privacy Officer and Privacy consultant” (FEDERPRIVACY – IPSOA).
He is partner of Federprivacy.
