Alberto Carlo Magrì

Managing Partner

Alberto Carlo Magrì was born in Milan on 26 November 1973 and is enrolled at the Association of Certified Public Accountants of Milan since 1996 and at the Register of Legal Auditors since 1999.
He has been appointed as managing partner of the Firm since 2012.
In 1996 he was amongst the youngest people enrolled at the Association of Certified Public Accountants at the age of 22.
He is also enrolled as a Chartered Accountant at the “Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)”.
He has, moreover, developed a solid experience as a tax consultant and business advisor on the Italian Desk of a London based firm in 2002.
In 2005/2006 he completed a Master in Company Tax Law (IPSOA) and in 2009 a Master in Management Administration, Finance and Control at the Business School of IL SOLE 24 ORE.
For more than 10 years (from 2000 to 2010) he perfected his knowledge in the field of controlling, budgeting, forecasting and strategic consultancy as an external consultant for the Italian subsidiary of an important German multinational group and he is currently a board member of the same company.
He also advices companies with regard to company organisations, negotiations and strategic developments in Italy and abroad with the opening of subsidiaries (or permanent establishments) and JV, by managing the corporate and tax aspects in support of his colleagues in the Firm’s foreign offices.
His expertise is completed with knowledge and assistance in the implementation of procedures in accordance to SARBANES-OXLEY ACT (SOX).
He is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors for companies which belong to National and International Groups (Qiagen Group, Van Leeuwen Group, A2A Group) and he is also a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of publically owned companies.
He is also a member of Supervisory Committee ex leg. decree no. 231/2001 of medium-sized companies.
